NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
 Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the Resort Village of Turtle View for the year 2025 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the assessor from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on the following days: Monday, Thursday and Friday, March 13, 2025 to May 13, 2025. 
2025 Property Assessments - 2025 is a Revaluation Year for SAMA.  2021 was the year of the last revaluation, and the 2025 Revaluation will see assessed values updated to reflect a new valuation base date of January 1, 2023.

 Access Communications Construction In Indian Point Golden Sands
Access Communications is starting the construction to bring fibre-optics into the Indian Point Golden Sands area.  Equipment will start to arrive December 11, 2024.
